Hi I’m Becca, I’m a member of the team here at Fusion Fitness Urmston. I’m a dedicated Sport Rehabilitation graduate with a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals with a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification. Outside of work, I enjoy watching and playing football and love to train in the gym.
I have tried a lot of different methods and been on a long personal journey from health anxiety, low confidence and eating disorders to finally knowing how to get in the shape of my life while loving the journey. I am completely confident in my knowledge and extremely passionate about getting people the results they have always wanted. Fitness is not just physical but it will also change your life mentally like you could not imagine. I truly believe with my knowledge and experience, I can help anyone from any background create a lifestyle they have always wanted through fitness alone.
