FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

AGE REQUIREMENT?

The minimum age to join Fusion Fitness is 16. However, if you are 16 or 17 years old, you will need a parent or guardian’s approval to join. When signing up, your parent or guardian must first enter their details and select the ‘On behalf of?’ option before completing the rest of the form with your details

How do I cancel my membership?

We understand that circumstances change and sometimes training needs to pause.

Before cancelling, many members choose one of these options instead:

  • Freezing their membership for a short period
  • Getting support from one of our Personal Trainers to help with motivation, structure or accountability
  • Adjusting their routine or class schedule to better fit their lifestyle

Freezing is managed directly by Ashbourne Membership Management.
Personal Trainers can be contacted directly via their profiles on our Team page or spoken to in the gym.

If you still decide that cancelling is the right option for you, Fusion Fitness memberships are managed by Ashbourne Membership Management and cancellations must be processed directly through them.

How do I freeze my membership?

How Do I change my Direct Debit?

To change your Direct Debit details or date your Direct Debit is collected, please get in touch with Ashbourne Membership Management, who manage our payments and memberships.

WHAT DO I GET WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?

With your Fusion Fitness membership, you get 24/7 secure access via a personal PIN code, instructor led classes included, induction included if required and help and support when needed, just ask a member of the team so we can find a suitable day and time to help you.

The only difference between our memberships is how much you save based on how long you stay with us.

HOW DO CLASSES WORK WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?

Classes are included free of charge with your membership and you just need to book using your member app.

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

Fusion Fitness is open 24/7, 365 days a year for members including all bank holidays and even seasonal holidays such as Easter, Christmas and New Year.
