Hurricane Fitness

James’ One to One training program is the sure fire way to aggressively target and reach your fitness goals, whether it be burning off excess fat or building muscle, looking in the mirror will never be the same again!

He is now running a brand new half hour session! You get all the work of an hour session but crammed into just a half an hour of your day. Ideal if you don’t have much free time to spare or just want a small taster of how Hurricane Fitness will work you!

STEPH HOTHAM

Triangle Health & Fitness

Steph has worked in the fitness industry for over 7 years now although she has actively been involved in fitness from a very young age, starting at the age of 10 with martial arts, leading up to her completing her instructors course. This gave her the chance to travel around the UK and Spain learning and instructing with a wide variety of people.

In 2008 she completed her first fitness qualification meaning she could work in gyms and further her qualifications and experiences in the fitness world. Working out of different gyms, meeting a variety of people, she then decided to move on and launch her own fitness company, Triangle Health & Fitness, leading her to run classes out of village halls and training clients in their own homes. This eventually lead her setting up her very own gym with fellow Fusion personal trainer, James.

Steph aims to push you to the level you require whilst giving you the support and motivation you need to reach the goals you have set.
